If you want to make neopoints, the best way is to play games, all of them will give you neopoints the first 3 times you play them. There are also other places where you look at an ad and they give you free money.

If you want to feed your pet, or give it anything, just click on a food item and click on the Feed to "your pets name". If you need to buy stuff, just go and check out stores in the marketplace. I used to play it a long time ago, but I don't anymore.
