My son has pimples mostly on his forehead. Besides Pro-Active is there anything else that will do the trick that's not so expensive?
Thanks

I know this sounds really stupid, but my dermotoligist said the best thing to do is use soap that is frangrance free and then wash it of and dry and then put a liquid on with a litlle bit od benzol peroxide like clean and clear astrigent, it works, it take about 2 weeks to notice a differnece and you get a kick *** glow on your face!!

Hello, I use rubbing achol & I haven't had any pimples since I started putting that on my face. But, after using it for a couple weeks or 1 week, depending on if your face gets dried out easily or not, use a gentle face wash for a week then transfer back to rubbing alchol. My cousin got me to try it & it works extremely well.
I hope this helped

Use several different products every day, morning and night. If you mix up your products it'll keep your face fresh.
Or you could just dish out those extra bucks and give your son some self-confidence.

i'm goin' to try some of that zapzyt...and toothpaste works...i've also heard of using rubbing alcohol...I'm also back to the good ol' noxema cream in a tub and that's helping a ton. the thing with acne is that everyone's skin reacts differently to the various treatments so you dont' really know what's going to work and what's not until you try it...

My dermo recommends salycilic acid cleanser--Neotrogena has an inexpensive one, and it works just the same as the $30 bottle of DDF that I bought earlier :-)

oxy works great, wash with Panoxyl soap this has benzoyl peroxide so use white towels otherwise it will bleach colored ones. and also try neutrogena on the spot acne treatment. I hope this helps.

Toothpaste over night, then in the morning and 4 hours before he goes to bed, give him some clean and clear. it cleared up my acne really good.
