Does anyone know about IGA Kidneys disease?

Nick name Berger disease. MY son has just been told he has it and I want to find out from a personal veiw. I looked online and found out a lot. They want him to skip dialsis and go for a tranplant!

    No I didn't have IGA Kidney disease, but I have had a kidney transplant. If you have any questions about transplant, then I can answer them. My best to you and your son.
