    In & Out for sure! Their food is fresh and cooked right then and there. McDonalds is all frozen stuff and tastes gross.

    In & Out is owned by a bunch of Mormon cultist. Look on there cups and fry boxes....they all have john 3:16 written on them and they only higher people who pray.

    so mcdonalds is probably better.

    McDonalds, since they have been in the market for more time I trust them better!

    in n out hands down but they are so spread out, like where i live you have to drive like 5 miles on the freeway to get to one, and theres a mcdonalds on every freakin corner...

    The only in and out burger joint i know of is in las vegas nevada and let me tell you that is the worlds best place to go for burgers and fries i pick IN & OUT
