What is your favourite song? Were the lyrics meaningful to you?

"Angel", Sarah McLachlan. It came out when my fathers girlfriend committed suicide. She had been through so much, she had been an alcoholic and substance abuser. I hope she is with her Angels and happy.

Also, "Beautiful Day", U2. Everyday is beautiful if you see it that way.

My favorite song is "Under The Bridge" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I love the lyrics and find them extremely meaningful, both as an anti-drugs anthem and a song abt loneliness :)

My favorite song is Get it together by India Arie. It is very meaningful to me because her CD as a whole help me put my life back into perspective

It's not my absolute favorite, but it is A favorite. Sway by Bic Ringa (NZ) is the song for every guy I've loved and haven't told and then moves away. It is on my mind right now because it is happening as we speak = ( check out the lyrics, and buy the album (Drive), it's great.

that's hard to say, because as my life has gone on, there have been many songs which have been meaningful, and remind me of certain times and feelings when I hear them again. I guess my favorite happy song is "Walkin' on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves and my fav sad song is "Break it to Me Gently" by Juice Newton

2Pac - Do For Love

When Hip-hop was really hip-hop and this song should be listened to, even if its just for the lyrics. If anyone has been through the trouble of love and sacrifices things for it, this is the song for you, most definately.

i also like unfaithful by rhianna, but my fav song is probably lucifer's angel, by the rasmus. it means so much to me because i can identify myself with the lyrics, especially the chorus: "fly away, fly away, frmo the torch of blame, they haunt you lucifer's angel. you never lived, you never died, your life has been denied, they call you the lucifer's angel".

and this part: "in their hearts they fear your demands, you know their minds won't excpet you, they'll never understand". i feel like that so often and i know so many peole don't understand me and as they fear what they cannot understand, i am afraid i must draw the conlcusion that they fear me.... that's why i love the song, it shows me that there are more people like me out there, that i am not alone. also it explains how i feel and it is a comforting thought that someone (in this case the singer) who can explain what i feel, who knows, who understands,.... who doesn't fear!
