what a smart way to lose wait?

I'm 16 and chubby so i want to lose at least 10 pound

    Why are you chubby, Its because of over eating, isnt it. Well there you are., Thats your problem, not being chubby but the food is the issue. Well put the folk down and control your eating habits. Also exercise and build up your will power to stay away from food and do excercise. remember that nothing or the results will not up over night. It will take time and depending on your will power it may takes years. There is no quick way but slowly you can do it if ONLY YOU WANT TO. ..... Good luck.

    check out basal metabolic rate calculators.

    It will tell you the number of calories you need to maintain yoru weight,

    then eat healthily at the rate of calories you want. and workout and get active. walking at a quick pace. then increase to jogging then running.

    But best at your age because there is much going on in the body at 16. See a doc or nutritional dietician. or do your research. like from a college class at a community college you can take a nutrition class.

    Your wrong, some of it is genetic. And alot of it has to do with the fact that at 16 your not an adult yet. it takes a bit to grow out of "baby fat"

    increasing your activity is probably the best way to lose those 10 lbs, since you're still young you need to keep up the nutrition by eating a balanced meal. avoid soda too! just stopping that alone and not changing anything else will have you losing 5lbs in two weeks.

    Don't eat when you aren't hungry. Eat fruit instead of chips. Maybe take track in school, it will work miracles on your body! My friend who was a little overweight took track and still does, but she has not only lost a lot of weight but has nice strong leg muscles too!

    dont worry just try riding ur bike around the block itll strengthen ur thighs and not make em flabby if ur worrying about that....or dont eat as much junk food if u are....avoid sugar drinks like soda drink a lot of water and exercise dont kil urself tho..eat healthy or simply less...

    A very good idea is to clean all your house everyday or going for jogging in the morning or in the afternoon.believe it worths,you will see a big difference in your body!!

    make a workout for yourself or buy workout or yoga videos and drink lots of water.
