Multiple good soccer players have had the number ten. They just figure it to be good luck and it is usually saved for the best player on the team.

because that's the number all the greats have had...it's like inherited among good soccer players i guess...except thats not always true beckhams # 23 and #7 and there are tons of other greats that aren't # 10

MAYBE 'CAUSE NUMBER 10 IS USUALLY GIVEN TO STRIKERS AND WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT, ALTHOUGH SOCCER IS A TEAM SPORT THE STRIKERS ALWAYS GET MOST OF THE CREDIT B/C THEY'RE THE ONES THAT SCORE THE GOALS?
