My yahoo version 7.5 crashes constantly?

It says "yahoo messenger has caused an error in -unknown-. Yahoo messenger will now close.... "

    hi Oli not sure if this might artwork even nonetheless it would desire to be well worth a attempt, get rid of npYState.dll First, close Firefox in spite of if that's lively. Then, circulate to C:software FilesYahoo!Shared. There, rename the document npYState.dll to exnpYState.dll (or the different call) or merely delete it. l've by no ability tried it because of the fact l dont use firefox

    You can go to http://oldversion.com/ and select Yahoo!. Then choose 7.0
