Exercise &diet,exercise &diet,exercise &diet!!!!?

I know these are the only ways to lose weight?? But help me here. What key exercises should I do. I want to lose 10 lbs. in 47 days. is that possible?? How hard, long, and often should i exercise to reach my goal??/ I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update:

i'm 141 and my doctor said that the lowest I should go for my build and height is 130....so yes I know it's a low goal. i don't have access to a gym being as though no one will take me to one. I'm 14 and 5'7''. So home exercises plz!!!

    Okay... the best exercises involve working large muscle groups (i.e. your legs, for example). So lunges and squats are excellent. Push ups for upper body and sit ups for your stomach. All those you can do at home.

    Work out 6 days a week.

    Lunges - Do 20 per leg.

    Squats - 50. Keep your knees over the ankles and weight on your heels and upper body as straight as possible.

    Push ups... how many can you do? I'd start with 8-10 (not the girly type with the knees on the floor, but real push ups). Work up from there. If that's too easy, put your feet on the sofa or a chair and do push ups.

    To build muscle, you have to work to a burn and muscle fatigue.

    Sit ups.. do until you feel the burn. If you opt for crunches, the minimum is 100.

    Do this every other day (3 a week). On the in-between days, do 45 minutes high impact aerobics (3 days a week).

    Drink 8 cups of water a day.

    Cut your calories.

    If you do this you'll lose your 10 pounds in no time.

    Only ten pounds in two and a half months? Wow, that's a low goal. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks and all I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours with a combination of cardio and weight exercises. If you do that for two and a half months, I'm pretty sure you'll lose maybe 20-25 pounds.

    Diet to be followed exactly for 3 days (Lose 10 lbs in 3 Days)

    First Day (850 Calories)

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea;1/2 grapefruit; 1 slice of dry toast; 1 tbsp. peanut butter.

    Lunch

    1/2 cup of tuna fish;1 slice of dry toast; black coffee or tea.

    Dinner

    2 slices of any type of meat (about 3 oz); 1 cup of beets;1 small apple; 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

    Second Day (1040 Calories)

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea;1 egg; 1/2 banana;1 slice of dry toast.

    Lunch

    1 cup of cottage cheese; 5 saltine crackers.

    Dinner

    2 hot dogs;1 cup of broccoli; 1/2 cup carrots; 1/2 banana; 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.

    Third Day (840 Calories)

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea; 5 saltine crackers; 1 slice of cheddar cheese; 1 small apple.

    Lunch

    1 Hard boiled egg;1 slice of dry toast.

    Dinner

    1 cup of tuna fish,1 cup of beets,1 cup of cauliflower; 1/2 cantaloupe; 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

    **Diet works on chemical breakdown and it is proven. This diet may be used 3 days at a time.

    i think its possible if u really put your heart to it ;)

    do as many push ups and sit ups u can every day as many times a day. take every chance you have to move and be active. for example: your going up the stairs...then u think...im gonna run up and down THEN go up! eat veggies and salads and dont eat too much. only eat as much as it takes to satisfy yourself no matter how much you want more---it takes a while for your stomach to tell your brain its full....so don't eat too fast and be very aware. there are all sorts of low fat low calorie [u know] snacks you can buy to help stop your cravings for the unhealthy stuff. [just dont eat too much]
