What should I do for next years 4th of July?
My family and I live in a big condo on a busy corner in Laguna Beach. They lounch the fireworks across the road in the park in front of our condo.
There is a major highway (PCH), a block up from our house and there is a beach by the park in front of our condo. People go to the beach on Fourth Of July and stay for the fireworks @ 9.
The parking garage for our building is on the ground floor (there is a driveway to go down to the garage).
My problem is that random people that don't live in our building park their car in our driveway in-front of the gate to the garage. After the fireworks, the people that parked their car in our driveway don't come back for another 30 minuets. So everyone who wants to get out of our garage can't because of the car in our driveway.
How do I block the driveway so that random people don't drive on it and block it?

We used to own a small business across the river from where the space shuttle is launched, in Titusville, Florida. When there was a launch, cars would fill up our parking lot, and people would get out of their cars and walk across the street to get a look. We couldn't do any business for a while, and it was a nuisance. So, we got the idea from other businesses near us to put up a big sign saying we were charging $5 for shuttle parking. No one wanted to park, so our parking lot was available for customers. Maybe you could charge more, like $25, to discourage people from parking at all.
You could put up a sign cars blocking the driveway will be towed. You could put up cones and signs warning that there is NO PARKING! Maybe a call to the police could tell you exactly what rights you have in this situation. They may have some good suggestions for you.

this is not cheesy yet you ought to confirm if your loved ones is comfortable with having your wedding ceremony on a holiday (that's mandatory to take that into attention because of the fact some kinfolk and friends might have plans or traditions for the 4th). My friends are transforming into married July third this 12 months. they are doing a purple, white and blue topic (4th of July and armed forces). possibly have the marriage on July third (Friday). i'm getting married on a Friday, they are transforming into very familiar - low priced! good success!
