Because she makes him do and does stuff to him he doesn't want or like, things like eating veg etc
She also trapped him in her stomach and he couldn't get out and take over the world for 9 whole months.
She treats him like a baby not the criminal mastermind he thinks he is.
She is always stopping his plans for world domination

What the deuce!! I think it goes something like she had him trapped in her womb for 9 months and the pushed him out or something crazy like that. He's hated her for like ever.

The reason is that she constantly foils his plots for world domination and thwarts his attempts at conquest!!
