I hate to say that you're just going to know. But that is the obvious answer. What you need to do is retrospect, think back on all the time you've spent together, everything you've done for eachother, basically how much you mean to eachother. Ask yourself if you have felt the same since before you met him and could you picture yourself going back to not having him? If not, your true feelings will shine! And if you do love him, please tell him, Trust me I'm a guy we love to hear those words from our girlfriends. Good Luck!!
