In the install directory there is a Mp3 folder. Copy the files you want to listen to into this directory, then in game you will have a Mp3 radio station.

reproduction your mp3 documents to the mp3 in listing the position you've put in GTA. As default that is "c:software FilesGTAmp3". even as taking section in the game , press "R" to modify radio channel till u turn to mp3 participant station. and also you may commence listening to your mp3.
