Name this Italian recipe!!!!!?

Ate some good pasta in NY and dont remember what it was called. But it consists of: Rotellini pasta, Olive oil, Garlic, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sliced black olives, Sliced Green Zuchinni, Onions, Diced chicken, and I think mushrooms. All of the ingredients were sauteed. I would love to know the name of this dish and if I'm missing any ingredients.

OK this might seem foolish, but if you liked the dish so much why not contact the place where you ate it. They probably won't give you the recipe, but at least they'd give you the name.
