help on slot machine???

My boyfriend owns a slot machine. It is a Japanese model and it only takes secial tokens. It came with a lot of the for our use, but he really wants it to take quarters so we don't have to keep opening it up to get the tokens out.. Is there any way to convert it from taking tokens to quaters, or maybe even take both???

    Two possible solutions for you. One, there are several online "stores" that sell these replacement tokens. Some japanese models will take quarters, too. If not, you will need to convert several parts on the machine. For this part, you need to find out who the maker of the machine was. If it reads IGT, then you are in luck -- they are a US company and might be able to get you the parts if licensing regulations in your state don't limit you from purchasing them.

    Yes, there is something that you have to buy for it to convert it to quarters. I bought mine and they told me that you can look online to get one.
