Be careful when your computer informs you that you have spyware, virus, etc. These are usually pop-up ads that want you to click on their link and download their program. These could contain more spyware and viruses.
If this message is coming from a spyware, anti-virus that you are running, you need to upload the virus definitions.
Also, try running the spyware/anti-virus program in Safe mode. When you boot your computer. press F8 continuously(or other method depending on your computer) and you will be able to boot into safe mode. Then try running the programs

Have you tried Spybot or Adware? You can download them for free and they should be able to remove your spyware.
Be careful! Some spyware removal programs will actually put spyware on your computer in hopes that you will pay them to remove the spyware.
