It is the BMW M6.

It has a DOHC 40 valve V10 engine outputting 500 HP.

Accelerates to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds, the fastest BMW ever builted.

The BMW M5 sports the same engine but gets to 60 mph 1/10 of a second later, at 4.2 seconds.

Like many European cars, most BMWs are electronically restricted to 250km/h as a maximum speed.

Of course, if the limiter is removed, more can be had. I have seen photos of an 8 series running at 293 km/h

M6 it is, BMW did make a lot of engines for many different super cars which might be faster then that, However, A car wearing a BMW badge is M6

The mclaren uses a bmw motor and has a top speed of just over 240 mph...the new m6 is capable of 205+ mph with the rev limiter removed.
