How do you delete?
some people reply to my email messages with my original message included. How do I delete that before printing out their reply? I know how to send mail without their message included but don't know how to get other people to stop doing it. I hate to print it out with my original message. What a waste of paper and ink. Any body know how to do this?

Well, after they reply to your original message, you should have both your message and their message, right? Well, why don't you simply cut and paste their reply onto a word processor such as Microsoft Word? From there you can print it off, and you can even change the font in order to conserve ink, if you like.
Buona fortuna!

I use a method that allows you to delete anything from anything before you print...
here are the steps for windows:
1) focus on the email you want to print
2) press ctrl-a (hold the control key down and press the letter a) (this highlights the whole thing)
3) press ctrl-c (this copies everything highlighted to the clipboard)
4) bring up wordpad (write.exe for older windows) in xp use start>>all programs>>wordpad
5) press ctrl-v (copies clipboard to wordpad)
6) highlight undesired area(s) and press del.
7) print exactly what you wanted...(this retains pictures that you may have wanted to keep too)
Added benefit:
You can save this to a file if you like (.rtf [rich text format] is a good choice) for later printing, distribution or review.
Obviously this will save you the paper and ink that you didn't want to waste!
