Does anyone know a site that sells automaton kits? Sites I found are in England, shipping charges are murder.?

Automatons are toys made of paper or wood that when you trun a crank, cams and pullies cause an action, such as a bird flapping its wings. All the sites I found with wooden kits are in England and the shipping costs are way out there.
