My desktop (background) and my Task Manager Don't work How I fix that?
When i erase the spyware that I have in my computer, my background now is blue before have a picture of a bird... but now sitll blue I i can work with the desktop backgroup and the task manager is desable, the computer said that I desable the task manager but I don't... how I can fix... this...

1. Go to Start --> Run
2. Then type Notepad and press Enter
3. Now select and put the entire text inside the dashes into your Notepad
4. Save the file as file1.reg
5. And now open the file you just save and say Yes to the prompt.
6. This should enable your Task Manager

I think it says that taskmanager is disable because another program is using it. I had this problem, too. Try 2 open the task manager from the console. Else u should check for spywares and deleting them with a good antispyware tool.

if you are using windows XP.....doing a system restore will fix it. Go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools and system restore. Once you are there restore the system to an earlier date when your computer was working fine. Just follow the instructions, with a little presence of mind you'll surely be able to do it. System Restore operation resets the settings of your computer the way they were on the date you mention while you perform the system restore operation.
