PUPPY! More loyal, sweet, & show you more love, kittens are cute but cats aren't! think about it in the long run, cats are real independent, dogs want your love & playmore. CATS ARE BORING!

P.S. & don't let anyone tell you cats won't tear up your house like a dog will, cause trust me they can & will!

I would choose a puppy because cats are very protective of tehmselves and they take more time and effort. Puppies on the other hand, are hard to handle at first, but they are loyal and they don't take alot of care when they become dogs. Good Luck!

Depends on your lifestyle. Cats are easier to care for if you don't spend much time at home. You can take dogs with you for some activities, though. If you are an outdoor person into camping or things like that.
