Solution to iRiver H10 problem of duplicate folder and missing tracks?

I own a iRiver H10 6GB player. When I play Chinese and Japanese songs, there is this problem that creates duplicate folders and tracks go missing under the Music mode. This only happens with Asian characters.

I've tried asking the distributor office in Singapore and the online website but it seems they don't have a solution for it. Seems to me like a software bug. Just bought it last year and fine with everything else about the player. Dont wanna dump money on another player.

    I had an iriver H10 too. And i Hated it. I had something wrong with mine like that to. im not sure how to fix it but if you can return it. and the costumer support had no idea wat they were doing. I ended up just returning it and getting a different mp3 player (not an iriver). They have lots of problems and they know how to fix about 1% of them. Sorry i cant help just see if u can return it.
