Country-Style Ribs
The blade end of the pork loin consisting of a section that is actually not ribs, but is instead rib-like chops. Occasionally, beef ribs may be referred to as country ribs; however, county-style ribs generally refer to pork instead of beef.
Country Style Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
3 lbs. country-style ribs

1 c. fresh lemon juice, seeded
1/2 c. liquid smoke
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 bay leaves

Combine dry seasonings and rub over ribs. Place in container or plastic bag and marinate overnight. Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Bring charcoal to temperature, using well soaked hickory chips. Broil, basting frequently with sauce until done. Serve extra sauce with ribs.

I don't think my recipe is country style, but It's so yummy.....you take the ribs and put them in a big pot and cover them with beer...any kind of beer....let them boil for about an hour then take them out of the pot of beer and put them on the bar-b-q and cover them with your favorite bar-b-q sauce and cook them till there ready to eat.....its delicious.
