Most marinades contain salt and viinegar which breaks down meat and sometimes makes it more tendor in theory. Some meat will actually toughen, becasue water is displaced, but the meat is tough, so the marinade does not break down the meat, and actually toughens it more. . Some marinates will completely break down the proteins to a point where the meat is mush.
Taste your marinade. If it is very acidic or very salty, I would limit the amount of time that you marinade. If you have a thick chop or a whole loin, consider going with just a rub as the marinade will cook off anyway and leave a dull bitter taste due to the high cooking time.

the minimum marinating time would be an hour inside the refrigerator for the flavors to properly blend. otherwise, the longer the marination, the more intense the flavor gets. if the marinade is mixed just right, i dont see any problem with this.
you cannot "over" marinate pork if you're asking regarding the length of time you need to marinate it. but raw pork has its own shelf life. and since marinated pork would have additional ingredients that were prepared by hand (like crushed garlic or minced onions), the shelf life might be shorter.
if you're not cooking the whole batch all at once, portion the marinated pieces into single servings and put them in the freezer to lengthen shelf life. only get as needed.
bon appetit!

Marinades (because of the vinegar) technically partially cook meats so they will taste better and last longer (sometimes almost twice as long) than non-marinated meats. If you marinade is overly acidic try adding a little sugar to it so the flavor is not overly intense.

No, you can't over marinade pork. As long as you use it before the pork starts to spoil, you're just fine.

Nope, drain it well and cook according to directions. It will turn out well if drained well.
