What do you think of this site?

Nice start. A couple of things come to mind.

I like the layout of the menu items.

The text in the body of the pages could be moved a little more to the right. Maybe this is a browser issue - I am using Firefox on a Mac.

I also want to know where the gym or classes are located - I know this is on the contact page, but I think you should include it on the home page.

You might try slightly smaller text - maybe 12px or so. I always think this looks cleaner. And provide plenty of space between the lines so it's easy to read.

All said, a well done site.
