i got a cell for my 13th bday.. i think that i needed 1 b4 that.. but heres the BEST thing for yu to do (in my oppinion):::

buy her a orepaid cell fone (they are about 20-30 bux) and a 20$ minute card (makin sure that you have the rite brand.. the fone and minute cards HAVE to match).. tell her that after those minutes are gone,, shes on her own.. she has to but more minutes, and if she wants a diff fone.. its on her dime!

it workd GREAT for me.. give it shot for you!

For her to have a cell phone she should be 11 and older for her to have a cell phone she should deserve it and respect the privilage. She should only use it in case of emergencys.

cell phones work well if she needs something and she is like at school and youre at home and if something happens like a car wreck (hopefully that wont happen) she can call 911 and also if you get a family plan she can use your minutes and if you go over and its her fault you could have her pay or work if off thats what my mom does with me
