This is kinda funny...but as a history, religion and cultures scholar...I can tell you the proper way is to pour holy water over a cross and throw the water against the "victim". First do a vertical line of water, then a horizontal one to signify the cross and chant "E Nominae Domini"...don't believe what you see in movies...it's the farthest from a true exorcism as you can get.

If you want to conduct an exorcism use the bible not a website.
You can cast out any demon in the name of Jesus.
Oh and you should have Jesus in your life too.
You can't do it on your own.
