    It's well structured, but too busy. lacks style.

    Also, the type headers like: http://luckyurl.info/search/sponsor.JPG

    are too wide. Do not ever stretch type.

    It is hard to review a web site without knowing the purpose or goal of the site. How can I say it does what it is supposed to do, if I don't know what it is supposed to do?
