Which is better -- cable, Direct TV, or Dish Network in Las Vegas?

Depends what your types of programming are. If you love sports, I suggest getting DIRECTV, but add Cox basic cable too. Cox Channel 48 in Las Vegas carries Padres baseball from Cox Channel 4 San Diego. Other than that, it also depends on your budget as well. As for Dish Network, I wouldn't suggest it because they do not carry all of Las Vegas' local stations (KTUD Channel 25, which is UPN/soon to be an independent station is not available on Dish Network). DIRECTV and Cox carries all Las Vegas' local stations.

Dish is / was cheaper, but Murdock bought Direct, I expect them to win out, but cable is still way to go for basic TV

Direc TV is the best I have it and it works for me because i have XM Satellite Radio and now i can listen to it Via dish
