I've been wondering when the price of gas would catch up with inflation. Back in the '80's we had it pretty cheap. In England, $5bucks a gallon was average. I think as long as it stays under 5 bucks a gallon, I'll pay it, after that, I'll walk or invest a few grand into a solar power company that wants to take over the auto industry.

So cheap. Three per gallon is practically free. It hasn't even thinned out the traffic a little yet. Like yesterday, these two gangbangers pull up behind me in a Cadillac. I'm doing y'know, like 50 in a 40 and they honk at me for going too slow. When gas is expensive enough to make an 18 yo male slow down, then it is expensive and not b4 !

Raise'em. The commuter culture has given us smog, long commute times, suburbs; with little benefit. High commute costs will force us as a society to de-centralize employment to reduce commuting or find electronic solutions. As a man who hates sitting ing traffic, hooo-rah is what I have to say about that.

And vote for people who aren't beholden to the oil industry.
Vote and otherwise support alternative energy sources.
Recall that the concept "We are addicted to oil" was not Bush's
but actually was said earlier by often neglected President Carter.
I don't know where he got it.
In any case, no matter how they complain about the difficult
of getting the stuff to market, it is the oil companies that profit.
