Best marketing is word-of-mouth from service and quality....going that extra mile, especially with the "smaller" things that make people say "is that ever a nice , DIFFERENT touch." If you are going to advertise, focus on the one thing that you best provide. Example: Starwood hotels (Sheraton, Westin, etc) dropped all the noise from their ads a couple years ago and focused on the superb quality of their "sweet-sleeper" beds. Their properties were already known for exceptional standards, but people want to know they will have a great nights sleep, after working or playing.
