How Can i prevent my skin from sun ? because my skin (skin of head and arms) is black because of sun .?

    Stay out of the sun as much as possible. Use sunscreen, wear a hat, use sun shades or an umbrella.

    wear a cap . use full sleve t-shirts/shirts .also use GARNIER LIGHT AND PURE .also try sun shield creams
