I have a delayed monthly period. What do i do to make it on time?

Last April my period was on the 2nd week and on the last week, then in May it came came on the 1st week of June and for June it came 2nd week of this month.

    It sounds like you may have a hormonal imbalance.

    The #1 hormone - because it can affect the production of all the other hormones - is insulin. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.

    Also ask for a saliva test. This test will tell you if any of your feminine hormones are not at the best levels. I do not like doctors who prescribe hormones for feminine regularity problems without testing first. When that happened to me - the shot he gave me switched me from low blood sugar to diabetes.

    If you want to regulate your period, you need to regulate your hormones. Probably birth control pills would be the only way to change your hormone cycle and make it within a day each time.
