Jason Kidd is far better, there's really no comparison between the two players. Jason Williams is a reliable role player for Miami; He takes care of the ball well and hits open 3 point shots, but he's not in the same league is Kidd, who is a top 50 NBA player and a franchise player/team leader.

Kidd is aging now but his court vision and ability to lead a team are pretty much unmatched by any point guard.

Jason Kidd of course. He's been all NBA 1st team 5 times and was named to the all defensive team this year. He can do everything; score, rebound, make assists, and defend. Also, no one's better than him on the fast break.

Jason Kidd is more of a veteran(more experience)

j-will is better looking but jason kidd is a better basketball player... both players are getting kinda old but they still have what it takes to be good starters on title contending teams... kidd for me is one of the best passers of the game and the nets need that one quality big man to get over the east... j-will on the other hand has learned how to control his show-boating antics and play disciplined basketball...

overall, kidd is better...
