Yes, if you receive a violation you will 2 points. So if a question is removed you will lose the additional 2 points on top of the 5 you used for asking the question. If your answer is removed you lose the 2 points you earned for answering the question.

Reading and following the Community Guideline will help you to avoid Violations. That wouldn't be fun though. Getting a Violation gets your dander up and allows you to come on here and play the Victim. That is what you were taught, correct? It not my fault, someone reported me. BOO-HOO_HOO.

Beats me. I thought I had had 4,700 points but now its 4,200. I might be remembering wrong.
I didn't think i violated anything and never got a notice of doing so either.
