Apéritif -- an alcoholic drink used as an appetizer before a meal.
A digestif is an alcoholic drink for after the meal.
Both of these words are French, but are used in English. The others listed above look like foreign words that have been adopted into English I don't think English words commonly end in if. They end in iff, like skiff, stiff, cliff, etc. The only really normal English one that ends in if is if itself. GIF is an acronym for Graphics Interchange Format.
