I doubt that your diet had any affect on your growth. But women grow till they are 25. You have time but I don't think you will make it to 5'8" seeing as though after puberty (especially at 20) most people in general don't grow all that much more.

You'd have to be on a really severe diet to actually cause your body to stop growing ... near the point of starvation, for an extended period of time.

Who "predicted" that you would grow to be five inches taller than you are? Nobody on this planet has that ability.

It doesn't seem likely that going on a diet during puberty can cause you to lose 5 inches in height. No, once your done with purberty thats it. My brother was suppose to be over 6'0 when he was a teenager. He didnt get enough sleep like the doctor warned him and now he is short. I went to sleep every chance I had and grew to be 5'8'' in a half. Just wear heels, not much else you can do.

You hurt your chances to grow taller. There is really nothing you can do now. Just be sure to eat right, exercise, and get plenty of sleep. All you can do is keep yourself HEALTHY.
