U made a promise to ur husband! You should be a woman and honor it! Try to get ur marriage alive and kicking again!

I would work on my marriage, but there comes a point where beating your head against a brick wall has to come to an end. A marriage takes two to tango. So if you can't work it out, then you need to end it before you decide to betray your husband. Plus, if you betray your husband you risk losing everything when he divorces you for betraying him. And losing custody of your kid. So it's not worth it. (I read the part where you said your friend has a son). And imagine how you might feel about yourself if you go through with it. Do you really want to feel crappy about yourself and feel racked with guilt?

No, because techincally you're still a married woman. If you feel that your marriage is dying why not end it first then move on to someone else. Or if you feel that your marriage is worth saving (but obviously you dont' seem to because you're ploting a betrayal against him), then work on it. But you should end it, marriage is for people of maturity and you're lacking it!

Wow...what a terriable situation. Her marriage should be the most important thing. She should try everything to salvage her marriage first (marriage councleing etc.) and if that fails, divorce, THEN go find your former boyfriend. There is no need to cheat on anyone.

With God's help anything is possible. Get some joint and individual counseling and find a way to make it work if it is possible. Dont accept the easy road for it is often the path to ruin.
Good Luck and God Bless!!

No. I wouldn't, but then I'm close to 40, so I've learned how heavy the price you have to pay for giving into inappropriate temptations. She should do the right thing. Filing for divorce is better than cheating. I hope she doesn't have to do either.

no, baby girl. try to end a bad marriage first. then date your old boyfriend. no matter what happens it's important to keep your self value as pure as possible. be honest with yourself and do the right thing.

well if u think its already over, and you dont think it can be saved, then maybe you can do that, so your marriage would be over completly, but first get on ur feet, and get your own place, or just pack up, and leave.
