As a make up artist, I can help but of course you'll need some make up to start with.First of all prepare a lght beige base and apply eyeliner right by the lashes.Use brown or black, pencil for the morning, liquid for the evening.Stretch the line until the end of your eye pointing a bit upwards and then closing.make sure you apply next a grey or dark mahagony or dark brown eyeshadow just in the crease until the point where your eyeliner ends.Dont apply eyeshadow on your whole lid or else you risk to minimize instead of maximize your look. To end, finish by 3 strokes of mascara at your last lashes and 2 in the middle and in the corner.Just one stroke on your lower lashes. Inform me with your results

Black eyeliner can actually close in your eyes if you don't apply it just right. Instead, try this. Put a very pale mauve shadow all over your eyelids and just a bit under your lower lashes. Next, using a brown eye pencil lightly draw a think line just above your top lashes, then smudge it with a Q-tip to make it look smokey. This will enlarge your eyes while still looking really natural. I do it and it works for my brown eyes.

curl your eyelashes, apply a good waterproof mascara, then line the inner rim of the top lash, but not the bottom lash and stop before you get to the tear duct.. then use either a white or skin colored eyeliner and line the bottom the same way! if you dont want to use any makeup at all, an eyelash curler should work really well.

Try the smoky look. Apply a charcoal or brown eye shadow on the lid up to the crease, which will help soften the appearance. Good Luck :)

Soft, shimmery green shadows contrast nicely with brown eyes, as do light shades of brown with green eyes. Purples and indigos work well with blue eyes. No matter your eye color, you can never go wrong with deep purples or using the 'smokey eye' technique.

    Also...

*Only use mascara on your upper lashes - not on your lower lashes.

*Don't use dark black or brown eyeliners - they make eyes seem narrower.

*Dab a bit of light eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye for wider, more awake-looking eyes.

    Good luck!!!

Eyleliner on top & then on bottom lashline just do halfway smudged slightly. Black mascara, big tease from Bare Escentuals works great for plump lashes. Also you can use a lightening stick in the inner corner of your eyes, just looks like a white eyeliner. I just saw one on Elfcosmetics.com for $1, I paid @ $25 for one recently from QVC & it probably works just as well.

Use white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid to help define your eyes and make them pop.

i would definately use eyeliner and mascara, white and black eyeliner works very well either way because it highjlights the outline of your eyes and that is what people will focus on first making your eyes look bigger!

Sleep. If you are using some makeup, don't use any liner below your eyes. Only in the crease above your lid.
