What tpye of live plants would be safe for my rose haired tarantulas habitat?

I'm using coconut shavings for the substrate with 2 inches of sand under that to hold moisture. Cactus is something I would rather avoid. Her tank is At least 35 gallons. At this point, she has some ornimants that I would like to replace.

There is no problem using any type of plant as there is no possibility of her eating them.
