    Necesitas cambiar la alfabetización a español

    Entra en panel de control y elige Opciones regionales, de idioma, y de fecha y hora, de ahí Configuración regional y de idioma

    en kontrol panel hay una opcion de languages and lokation settings o algo asi,

    alli tenes ke enkontrar komo agregar la konfiguracion de teklado en español (latinoamerika), alli te tiene ke aparecer el acento
