Sugar, Equal, Splenda, or Sweet 'n' Low?

Or any combination of those?

I like Splenda in my coffee, Equal in my iced tea...unless the sugar is added while the tea is still hot.

I know some people who use one packet of Equal and one packet of Sweet 'n' Low to sweeten their tea.

Just curious.

I haven't tried Splenda yet, because I haven't talked myself into paying that much for a sugar substitute. Sweet-n-Low tastes nasty to me and leaves a really weird aftertaste in my mouth.

When I make a gallon of tea, I stir in 20 packets (opened of course...lol) of Equal iwhile it's steeping. If I am out of Equal, I use sugar.

Sweet 'n Low...most people say Equal is better. I started out on Sweet 'n Low about 18 years ago and have gotten accustomed to the taste. Everything else leaves an after taste to me. I have a box of Splenda packets at home but it seems to take more to sweeten the tea.

Splenda is made out of bleach. Sugar is better, but so over-processed that it lost all its nutrients. I won't even start on Sweet n Low or Equal. Find some Stevia.

I usually don't sweeten my tea....but, if I do, I use just a drop of honey. Splenda scares me a bit.....same with Equal and Sweet 'n' Low. My taste buds give off this horrible taste of dissatisfaction when I use any artificial sweeteners....almost as if to say "f-you, buddy".

actually I use a natural sweetner called stevia in my coffee, I also like one packet of equal in my sweet iced tea in resturants. Thats the only time I use equal, and I gave up regular sugar, too many studies that cancer cells love regular sugar....

I like Splenda. I use it with everything so I can still look good for the ladies.

    Splenda or sometimes regular sugar

Spenda because I'm a diabetic. I'm allergic to Equal (or anything else with aspartame in it). Sugar is a big no no, and S&L is just plain nasty.
