Why Doesn't Yahoo Inform Us When It Has Issues, And Needs To Go Down?
My question is. Why doesn't yahoo messenger let their members know, when they are having techinical difficulties, and they need to upgrade or shut the system down temporary? Its only right, that they send out emails to all yahoo members to let us know of these issues. This is a pain in the butt. Very agrivating!! grrr!!!

I don't know if they knew the servers were going down?
They may have just went down, and now they're scrambling their butts off to get them back up and don't have time to email every yahoo user.....or they are just on a coffee break.

I agree with you completely. I have an online appointment with friends in another state tonight and have no other way to contact them. This is very sad that in this day and time that we can not count on Yahoo to be there.
