can you use dry sherry instead of white wine for chicken piccata?

    Sounds like to much work to me.

    4-6 chicken breasts

    1 jar of Pace Picante Sauce

    4 tbs brown sugar

    2 tbs Dijon Mustard

    Mix sauce sugar mustard well pour over raw chicken bake 350 cover and cook till juices are clear serve over rice yummy

    It will be great but don't use as much. A little chicken broth would be helpful to counter the sherry a bit but isn't necessary.

    yes you can imperial or emu is good
