Well here in my country it is down since 2:45 am of yesterday (here is now 00:02am on sunday) a whole day!!! I suppose that they are doing the migration to the new yahoo 8 with msn live 8 too.. at least that's my opinion but i am not sure so... i hope it comes back asap. And as i just had read here not only me but the whole world is offline. Let's wait and see what happens....

Yes, Messenger is down and has been for quite a while. There seems to be a million answers as to why this is happening. Im enjoying simply sitting here reading the numerous responses as to why it is down.. Its gone from; the server is down to a terrorist attack.... Yes it is down as you can see. It sucks I didnt check this question yahoo thin earllier. I deleted and tried to re-install messenger 3 times. Then did a massive virus clean out of the computer.

Yes. And I can't believe that Yahoo is so undermanned they couldn't have posted a message about it on their main page by now. They have updates for ignorant entertainment news. The Post Office moves mail more efficiently than this.
