Yes I do believe that. Guys will look but like scared to talk...I can't understand it.....I'm a magnet for losers but the real good looking guys are always so intimidated....Only advice I can give on this is don't wait for him..take action yourself if you see he is acting unsure of himself..

Agreed, don't be afraid of going up to a guy. Think of spiders; they're intimidating sometimes but really they're more scared of you than you're scared of them.
