The taste is dry - like a dry wine. You've got your sweet sherry and your dry sherry - so dry is kind of the opposite of sweet. It's not SOUR, it's just.....not sweet. Kind of oaky. It makes your tongue feel kind of dry. I don't know how to describe it.

There's sweet and dry, dry just means it's more oaky than fruity, maybe a little bitter.

iono, short for Ionosphere...... The ionosphere is the uppermost part of the atmosphere, distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation. It plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere. It has practical importance because, among other functions, it influences radio propagation to distant places on the Earth.
