Diet suggestion..?

I am definitely planning to lose weight but most of the diets available here are too expensive.. Any suggestions for me so that I can lose weight? Thanks! ^-^

    An AWESOME diet program, and one that actually works, is called "Spark People". It's a FREE website (www.sparkpeople.com) that is SOOO helpful in losing weight and tracking your progress! It is run by nutritionists, and it encourages a healthy/balanced diet (no fads!). You can track food eaten, read articles about nutrition, exercise, and motivation, talk to experts, receive motivation from other dieters, look up exercises that will work for you, and SO much more! I belong to it and LOVE it!!!! Please check it out - you won't be dissapointed!!!!

    eat protien, nothing could be better for you. Limit your carbs, eat whole wheat bread, no pasta no pizza, no apples or bannas (riase your blood sugar levels and gives you an energy spike and will leave you more hungry). sitting donw and eating alot of protien keeps you full longer, and is justplan better for you, supplment that with a lil excerise preferable 4+ times a week and youll be lookin good. and def no junk good, pretzles is teh worst i usually eat.

    go walking more and cut back on junk food drink alot of water it will fill u up. and try not to eat after 7 or 8 pm o ya don't drink to much pop

    soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
