How do I get the correct time to display on my e-mail?

When I recieve an e-mail it shows the correct time, (Indiana) and when I send one it shows Pacific Daylight Time, three hours earlier, how do I correct that?

    Assuming you're using WinXP:

Double-click on the date-time function in the system tray (far bottom right) and check the time zone.

Also, check your control panel> regional and Language settings. Check it knows which country you're in.

There's also a chance your email program hasn't adjusted. You should check the options on that.
