1. A hot shower and some gentle stretching.
2. If it's acid-y stuff I take Tums, if it's nausea I take Gravol. I can't stand having tummy problems.
3. Step one is water. If that doesn't work I get fresh air, If that doesn't work I have Advil or Tylenol. If that doesn't work caffeine. If that doesn't work I give up and go to bed with a cold cloth on my forehead.
4. I spend time with friends.

I stretch my back all the back towards the floor ! Almost like a backword spider or crab crawl ! A stomach ache I purposely try to puke ! A head ache I take a few tylenol and hide in my bedroom with no tv or music or whatever else ! A heartache I slowdown !

1) hot shower, a heating pad, and aspirin. Lay out on the floor with a pillow
2) antacids, and lots of water.
3)aspirin and a shower. Make the water cold, then hot..then cold then hot, it will relax your headache away
4) heartburn? I never get heartburn...but you can take stuff like tums or drink a bit of milk. if you mean heartache like a broken heart, write a journal to help work through your emotions.

1) see a orthopedic specialist( back problems), get a referral to a physical therapist. Do exercise and stretches recommended. Swimming is great for back pain. It reduces spasms.

3. Tylenol
4. Grow old and mature. You then realize that women come and go. The good one will stay. The bad ones, good riddance.

Back ache - ibuprofin
Stomach ache - Pepto, Tums, etc.
Headache - Tylenol Sinus
Heartache - Find someone I trust to talk to and confide in. Read some self-help books on losing a love. If necessary, get counseling or MD attention.
